BIOGRAPHY

I have been writing since at least eighth grade, with my first story appearing on Quotev at thirteen. I grew up just outside Zachary, Louisiana, and graduated from Zachary High in May 2017. Going into college, I decided I would enroll as a pre-nursing major, but quickly realized my mistake. After a couple of major changes, I graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a bachelor's in English with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in history in May 2021. I then enrolled in LSU's Online and Continuing Education's paralegal studies program in Fall 2021, and graduated with a certificate in paralegal studies in May 2022.

During that time, I was published by multiple online literary magazines, was a volunteer writer for Muses Nest, a now defunct human rights magazine, and began working for Country Roads, a local magazine in Baton Rouge, LA. I also co-founded Round Table Editorial, a passion project for a few English majors for a time, and founded Livina Press, a literary magazine.
